The flowers all looked great. My mom and mother-in-law loved their mother's day presents.
I wish the price shown would reflect the actual price I'm going to pay (include shipping, handling, vase, etc.). Other than that, very satisfied.

The hidden $20 shipping fees is what ruined this purchase experience. I will not deal with this company again.
what a total ripoff your hidden $15.00 delivery fees are. you can be certain i will tell everyone that I encounter about this experience. a free rebate just be giving some unknown company my credit card info and the right to charge me again, if i forget to cancel after 30 days ?

To Whom It May ConcernIn my last email to you I had indicated that the recipient received the flowers but instead of receiving 12 they received 11. You had indicated that you will send another set of flowers but I indicated that it would noy be necessary because I believe that it was a genuine mistake. The only issue were the flowers were left at the door upside down. So when the recipient opened them they were bent and crushed some on the tops. They only lasted a few days.
