I hope the parts are as advertised. I tried for 5 days to reach Rich's by phone to no avail and never received a return call after leaving a message. I'm running blind on part quality but I have to give it a shot because I needed them so I ordered blind. Hope ya don't let me down.

Yes fine fine everything was fine...I remember a time when you could just order something without being harassed for a rating of the service. Yes, everything was shipped as it should have been and arrived and it was the part I ordered. Am I supposed to congratulate a company for doing what it was supposed to? Given the fact that stores are keeping less and less in stock and relying more and more on online purchases, maybe we can stop with these incessant emails asking for evaluations and just make it understood that if you didn't get a complaint, then everything was fine. Using your customers for active free market research is tacky, but I guess that's just the world we live in.
