I had ordered from Zoostores in the past with no problems, so felt confident ordering again. This company charges your credit card at the time of purchase, not when your order ships.I tried contacting them when my shipping date passed, and finally received an email letting me know that the company had gone out of business. It said I could print paperwork to file a claim and should submit by a specified date in October. I have contacted my credit card company to see if anything can be done from that end.No order, no refund. Do not order from them! This is my second purchase from Zoostores. I previously ordered other pieces from the same furniture line. They arrived in perfect condition. The quality is great.

Zoostores.com is a scam! I purchased my furniture on 03/24, a month later I still haven't received anything. The customer support center is unavailable and no one answers the emails I kept sending. They took my money and did not deliver anything at all. Currently they are not operating, because they do this to all their customers. Do not trust Zoostores.com and do not give them any money! Great prices, you saved me a lot of money, which I can now spend on other things that I also need for my new home! Thank you!

My product is being held at the shipping company warehouse as Mercantile has not paid their bill to the shipping company. Zoostores will not respond back to me.

I made my purchase of a headboard on Feb.11, 2013. I have never received any product. After many contacts and conversations trying to get a refund I got on May 5, 2013 a Notice of assignment for the benefit of creditors! I am out $135.93. They AKA as Mercantila-inc. Very upset about this on-line purchase! I had been looking a month for this headboard, they had it for the best price, and free shipping!

I was contacted by Mercantila Acquistion,LLC via email and notified that Zoostores.com is out of business......I have sent numerous emails in regards to my purchase but have not received one reply....great way to do business.
