It was a straight forward purchase and it came quickly and in good shape. No problems.

Everything went quite well. I was surprised to discover that it arrived in pieces. I didn't expect to have to put it together. Probably I simply didn't read carefully. It isn't a big problem.
So far, so good. Navigating through the vanities was easy and so was checkout. I put it in my cart some time ago while I searched many other places and was pleased to find it still there today when I decided to order it. I hope I like it without the red towels that caught my eye on the white vanity. That was good marketing, Bellacor. Well done.

I ordered a medicine cabinet which I am very pleased with. I also ordered an outside light that was a clearance item and was cheaply made as the lid did not fit flush and would have allowed water inside. Most lights of this design have an overlap on the lid and this did not. I wanted to return it and was told I could not. I was asked for a picture which would have been difficult to show the default. After some back and forth conversation I was told I would get a credit and not to return the item. I was made to feel that I was not being honest and was very unhappy with the conversation altho was satisfied with the final solution. I would have liked to return the light to prove myself but not at my expense. I felt this product was not a quality product and the fact that it was ordered as a clearance item seemed to relieve your company of responsibility. I do not want the light. Thank you.

i have ordered many items on bellacor. i love everything about this website. i had to make one return and they were extremely helpful and my credit card was credited almost immediately. when the picture is on the website, it is exactly the same as when you receive it.

Delivery was very prompt and the fixture came in excellent condition.

Customer service is impossible to reach by phone. I never received an order confirmation email, so was trying to find out status of my order. finally, after 3 calls, being on hold forever, I reached a lovely woman who helped and told me my order should be delivered the next day. I then noticed the item I purchased was priced less, so "chatted" online with someone who gave me the lower price and refunded the extra money. I was very pleased. And the vessel sink I ordered is great.
