Loved the shirts I bought and went back to buy more, but the delivery on the second order was much too long - it took 8 days just for them to send my purchase
Love their apparel... this was my second order of the same product

When placing my order I chose the wrong size. I called the customer service rep to see if I could change before my order was shipped - it was to last, so the rep ordered me the right size and told me when I got my order to return the item and he would waive the shipping fee. The customer service rep didn't have to do that it was my fault but it was appreciated. ThanksLinda B

Blair has always been an excellent source. The new High Noon western shirts are much better than the Ely ones.
Excellent company with good service and looks to keep customers happy as well as satisfied.

It seemed to take a long time to get here. I ordered from another company and theirs arrived within 3 days. It was sent the same way.To return the order is confusing also.
I was unable to find a tracking number on my receipt, even though it said I could track it. I had to order twice as my first one didn't go through.To many adds or distractions on the check out page to find what I needed to do. This is my first time ordering from Blair. I like their prices and want to be able to order again if I can get through check out.
