The online experience with the Bradford Exchange was real good. I had no problems ordering, choosing my payment type, or getting my delivery on time. All and all it was very efficient.
My experience with The Bradford Exchange Online was really simple. I didn't have to search for any special links, the page was user friendly, and the shipping options where plentiful and explained well. It's really a good and organized site.

FYI, this order was cancelled due to the incompetence of the Bradford Exchange. I will never think of ordering from them again and will actively encourage all my friends, relatives, clients etc.. to not order from them either. Go ahead, ask me why!Betty Molloy
Had to place call to confirm a future shipping date. Had extreme difficulty understanding the gentleman with broken English on the phone. As this is to be a special gradution gift, I am hoping I understood him correctly and it arrive in time.

I loved the quality of the cross necklace i received but was disappointed in the chain length and was unable to obtain a longer chain to fit my neck

I think there should be some form of tracking to see where the packages are when waiting for them.Not just when they are shipped,but actual tracking numbers and ability to track their progress in delivery,by whichever delivery venue are bringing them,,ups,fedex.mail..etc. other wise we love the productswe get...
have always had good quality and service. Products are beautiful.

I was not able to track my purchase. I called and the costumer support said I have to registered I tried but it said my email address was already register My shopping cart said I had no items in my cart. and when i try checking on my purchase a message said I never purchases any thing. Why would I have to re register just to track my item. I was very frustrated with this transacted.

I first saw the item in a magazine advertizement and when I tried ordering it online, the catalog didn't have it in the inventory. I had to search the web site thru different liks before I finally found the item. But once I found the item, there were no issues with ordering and receiving. Overall it was a good exchange.
