Shoebuy.com is pretty good with pricing their products, but customer support is somewhat transparent.As a "regular customer" of Shoebuy.com I have rarely returned items, but my last purchase was an unpleasant experience in seeking customer support.They need quality customer service to maintain their status as a premier Internet web site.

One of the best on line buying sites I have ever used. Great filtering, no hassle return / exchanges, incredible selection. All good.
great site, glad I found it! I buy shoes for my lady and she is tickled pink that I am buying such sexy heels for her. I wish you had more 'classic' heels though.

I have purchased several pairs of shoes over the past year or so. As with the previous orders, the shoes were exactly what I hoped for! High quality at a reasonable price! They arrived in less than a week. I received emails all thru the process. I appreciate the free shipping both ways even though I haven't had to make a return. I can trust Shoebuy & it saves me from trudging thru the mall! Sizes are true!
I tried to find shoe clips when I purchased the shoes but they weren't listed under accessories. When I did an online search for shoe clips, Shoebuy came up & I placed a separate order.

I had to exchange the shoes for a different size. When the new size shoes arrive they were the wrong style. I kept them because I was tried of returning shoes and waiting.
The return/excahnge process online was a bit confusing when you want to exchange an item and paid by paypal. The phone coustomer service was excellent, clear and answered my exchange questions that web site could not.
