The pendant was great, little disappointed in the neck chain. Neck chain seemed thin and the clasp was a spring ring instead of lobster claw.

I was pleased to find the exactly piece of jewelry that I wanted, just a little disappointed that it was lighter in weight that I anticipated.
I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, quickly and check-out was convenient, especially setting up the password in the middle of my order instead of making it necessary to begin all over.

I had three different e-mails saying my purchase would be here on three different dates, each time I contacted them via live-chat I was still given three different dates or told the order had been pushed back. It did not seem as if anyone actually knew what was going on. I have had my ring just over a week and the black has started to come off already. I won't send it back because I will most likely never see it again. I guess you get what you pay for.

First time ordering, you never no what to expect. My surprise was everything looked as I pictured them! (2 rings)The zirconia looks like a believable diamond, size was not "guady". I am very happy with the quality and will share this site with my friends!

This is the second of the same bracelet I've ordered like this. The first one broke right away. I thought perhaps this was a fluke. I ordered a second one, the first time wearing it,the clasp broke in the same spot as the first one! It was a lower priced bracelet, but I expected it to last more than 1 day!!!
I loved the first bracelet I got, but it broke at the clasp. I hope this one holds out. If not I won't be buying any more jewelry from this company.

This was a specialized item that I needed for Mother's Day. I gave myself two weeks to get it her; however, everyone else let me know I was too late to get something personalized in time. I did everything with Limoges online, spent less than anywhere else, and got it three days early. It was a perfect experience.
