The bizrate questionaire is too long, too technical, and ignores the fact that I haven't had the product for 2 hours yet. Delay this questionaire a week after delivery, and get meaningful answers to fewer questions.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience with buydig. The product I purchased was at a good price, delivered timely and in good condition. Therefore, I would definitely use this site again and recommend it to others for purchasing products.

I broke my glass carafe while cleaning my coffee maker. I thought it would take a week to deliver a new one. I placed the order in the morning and the next day, to my surprise, I received my new carafe. I paid no shipping or extra charge for next day delivery. This site is great!1 Make note of this site. Other sites were charging delivery for shipping and extra for overnight service. I highly recommend this site.
This site is a keeper. I needed a part for my cofee maker and BuyDig.com was half the price of all other sites. Thank you for making my life easier!

I am very happy with the Canon Powershot SX40 HS camera. The 2 8GB memory cards should probably work fine. However, I plan on purchasing a better quality memory card as a backup. The DigPro carrying case was a piece of crap! Too small to hold the camera and the zipper was broken.

Buydig was great. The camera I got sucked, but that's Canon's fault, no Buydig's. So far, the return process has gone very smoothly. However, it's not resolved yet, so I can't say definitively.
They've been great before. I expect them to be so again.
