The product I ordered was as I expected. A beautiful diamond in a beautiful setting. I know my fiance will be happy and that's what matters.

I received the product on time and in a beautiful package. But I was very disappointed with the necklace I received. It was much smaller than the picture portrayed. Except for the length, there were no other measurements online to understand the size. The picture was the only thing to have judgment on it. Therefore, I am very disappointed since it was a gift for mother's day. It was also advertised and on special for mothers which added to the concept that it is fit for mothers. On picture it looked like a nice size for a mother but in reality it was a dainty small thing that would be appropriate for a young teenager.

This was my first time ordering from blue nile and I have to say, the experience was terrific. I placed an order on a Wednesday and received the items on Friday and I didn't have to pay a shipping charge. The items are a gift for someone I work with and I think she'll be very pleased with them. I have already been telling everyone about the excellent service I received. The tracking system was fine day 1 & day 2-- but tracking information was not updated/or kept current after that.From the picture on website - I thought the chain on the bracelet would be heavier (little disappointed). It is a nice bracelet and the packaging /box of the product is very nicely done. Makes a good impression when giving as a gift. I will consider Blue NIle in the future.

I was looking for a wedding band and I had to guess what my ring and the one I was purchasing would look like together. I with there was some way to compare the two rings so I dont have to return the ring each time. I love the ring I picked, but when placed next to my ring it look very small and the proportions didnt look right. It would have been nice to know this before purchase.
