I was told the item was shipped via UPS and would arrive in 5 days. It was shipped USPS and took 11 days, AND ARRIVED DAMAGED! Now I have to go through the return process and be reimbursed. Very, very dissatisfied!

i bought my mom a cd for mothers day and i did not receive it after 5 days, so when i went up to her house i did not have it. thought i would get it sooner.
I really like overstock.com, I have ordered many products since they started around 8 years ago.

I ordered 3 items. 2 out of 3 arrived on time. the 3rd item was only 2 days later than expected, no big deal. What I have a serious problem with is, one of the shirts I ordered, (which was quite expensive) I only got to wear one time. after washing (according to instructions on tag) the entire shirt is covered in "pills"...That is normally something that happens after many wears and washes...not ONE TIME. I paid almost $40.00 for a shirt that I got to wear one time. Not happy at all.

I have ordered from Overstock.com before and always am satisfied.
I don't remember how many products I purchased from Overstock.com, so I just made 'any' choice. I do a lot of online buying. Also, there was no product description that told me exactly WHAT Interplak jetheads are in the package. It lists only that there are four. I would really have liked to know WHAT four.

overstock is the best!
Overstock is great they carry almost any item you are looking for and at a fair price they deliver your items as fast as possible and the best part is the low cost on shipping. I swear by overstock love them. Keep up the good work. Overstock is the best!
