I love the convenience of Zappos...the products available....the return policy...the quickness of shipping....I love the whole Zappos experience...not a mall person...love everything about Zappos...the customer service is friendly...sounds like a great place to work!

Theoriginal shoes were too long.They were returned & promptly replaced. I'm very pleased with the product & the service.
