Obviously they had too many orders for Mother's Day to meet expectations. One arrangement was not delivered at all even though they claimed it was and the other looked absolutely nothing like the Better Homes & Gardens arrangement I had chosen. I'm disappointed that I have not been able to use my groupon or gold membership using my ebates rebate site

The recipient was happy and satisfied of the gift and delivery was on time and made her day. My daughter has sent me flowers thry FTD and they were really gorgeous and so now that i need to send something to my co-workers I immediately thought of FTD.

I was very upset with this order. Not only did it not arrive on time, but current information on shipping status was unavailable. I tried calling UPS and their system was down. I was hung up on not once, but three times when I tried calling FTD's 1-800 number! When I finally reached a live person, they hardly understood me and I hardly understood them, their accent was SO THICK. I will not be buying from FTD and/or UPS any more.

Very unhappy with FTD. Ordered Flowers for my girl and didn't arrive on the 14th, just figured too many to deliver. When they didn't arrive on the 15 either, call them, waited on hold and their music for 2 hrs before someone answered the phone. This is totally unacceptable. Asked if I could know who the florist was and was told "We can't talk about the florist" What the hell is that all about, their name has nothing to do with anything! They wanted to know if I wanted to resch a delivery, NO, I cancelled the order for the flowers. I will never use FTD again for flowers!
