I've been waiting a week to hear from VPGames about my issue. They sent me the wrong part and have yet to contact me back about exchanging it despite many attempts to contact them through phone and e-mail.

i loved the products.they were the right products.but when you buy a xbox 360 drive they should include the instructions on how to flash it in the box.not a video that the average not computer smart person can understand.loved the products.on time. but xbox 360 drive that was ordered.comes on.but you will only get play dvd intell you learn how to flash a xbox drive.thank you.
