My initial experience with SelectRugs and the ordering process was superb. I was also very happy with the price as well as the quality of the product. There appears to be a disconnect with SelectRugs and the manufacturers shipping the items. Six days after placing my order, I had not received a ship-confirmation e-mail. I contacted customer servicevia e-mail. Their response was, "Let me check with the manufacturer." That day, I coincidentally received a ship confirmation for the rug. About 4 days later, the same day I received a ship confirmation for the rug pad, I received the delivery.

First time I ordered the rug, the order did not "get processed" because I was told there was no zip code on the order but yet no one tried to contact me about it. I waited 3 weeks to find out it had not been processed after I finally called.

Have only received partial order. Select Rugs checked for me. Company was holding up order until they had total order available, but it was resolved and I will receive what is in stock and wait for rest. Very helpful people and pleasant at Select Rugs. A great experience from presentation of the product online and my interaction with customer service reps.
