Birthday Express has an amazing variety of themes for all party goers. I specifically ordered thru them as I was not able to find "Cowgirl" themed party supplies anywhere....and theirs were awesome! I got many compliments on how cute everything was and how it all matched....my daughters 2nd birthday was perfect thanks to Birthday Express!

much better quality than the junk be purchased at oriental trading.
Sorting and searching options could be improved. Otherwise, I love that BE offers different merchandise than competitors (such as party city).

I was very pleased with the products available. It is so nice to order everything you need and not have to shop around everywhere. This turned out to be a hassle-free party and that's what I like!
The billing screen was a bit confusing if entering your info for the first time.There is a great selection to choose from and I always seem to find what I'm looking for.
