The product I received resembled the photo on the internet, but was not the same. The bed in the photo had drawers underneath. The bed I received did not have this feature. As I live in a home with limited storage capabilities, this was something I was looking forward to. I just don't want to deal with the hassle of trying to correct this issue. When I reviewed my purchase the photo has the storage but the black and white print does not mention it. At least I am a better prepared consumer now.

Delivery staff scratched furniture and made a mess of my house. Deliver took over 10-weeks and sat in warehouse for 3-weeks!

The delivery drivers were excellent . the only complaint I have was they unpacked the box outside in front of my house, after bringing in my curio and setting it up. I inspected it it and was pleased. I signed the paperwork and they left. after about an hour I had to run an errand, When I went outside I found they left all the trash in front of my house. I thought they had taken it with them. I wish they would have told me that way it would not have been such a surprise. other than that they still did a great job I would still give them a 10 They should tell the customer before they leave that they're still trash outside.

I paid for white glove delivery, but because of a snow storm their truck did now come up our driveway. We had to drive down our driveway and they loaded the furniture into my van. The next morning we had to carry the furniture up steps and into our home. We also had to unwrap it and set it up ourselves. I did email about this and the rep did not assist me at all, nor did she understand the actual problem. She blamed the issue on my driveway and did not compensate me in any way.
Delivery time is too long, however it is the only corner console that I like.

I love my martini bar. The bar was packed very well and there was not any damage.

We ordered a bedroom set on 2 Jan and the delivery was within 4 weeks. At the time of delivery, we discovered that the wrong headboard had been shipped. There was quite a mixup between the delivery company, Home Gallery and the manufacturer for a couple of weeks about verification that it was the wrong one. It definitely was the wrong one although Home Gallery ordered the correct one. It is now 21 March and we still have no bed in our master bedroom and have been sleeping in the guest room since early Feb. We rec'd a call almost two weeks ago that the delivery company has our headboard, but we still have no delivery date. The pieces we received are beautiful, high quality pieces.

We had to send the first curio back due to the fact the mirror in the bottom of the curio was shattered when delivered. The first curio arrived in less than 2 weeks and we were very pleased. However, we had to e-mail and phone before we received a second curio. Not sure what the delay was. Home Gallery said it was delivery co. fault etc. We eventually received a curio and are very happy with the product.
