You should have tracking number of the package that goes abroad.... I have been waiting for my package more then one month and I didn't get it yet
You should make sure that the goods must be currently on as long as you have a picture and description of the goods. It's very boring when I want to order something and I've got notified that the item is out of stock

It has been 2 1/2 months since the order was confirmed and still nothing.I sent 2 emails to customer support and - nothing back.
Website was a little slow. But generally good layout - I'm happy I didn't necessarily have to register first to place an order.

Great buying and the the postage was way cheaper than the outrageous postage prices of Amazon internationally. Definitely come back to site to shop again.

I ordered a quad stroller im Feb. 2012. My order was lost. I contacted customer service and was told that it would be sent right away. I was billed at the end of March for the total including shipping and this is the 30th of April and I still have not recieved my stroller. I need this item and I am disgusted with how long this is taking.
I shopped around on line and had a hard time finding anyone to ship to Canada. Also your shipping rates were better

Ive had problems with them on three occasions and they where not nice at all!!!! Never got my stuff they tried to claim it was lost when i contacted usp they said it was never even given to them to ship!!! After a conversation with babyhaven custumer service they could of careless and said so what do u want to do!!! How ignorant!!! Id never recommend them to anyone!!!!! EVER!!! Still waiting to get my money back!!!!
I had order a set thru amazon to u and what a mess they loss thee order and stated it didnt go thru which it should of i think it was because of what i was getting with the two pacifiers and the rattle and blanket which was a great price and i feel they made the mistake. Also i have order from u before and ure shipping is slow compared to others. But i do love the product and i receved what i was suppose too.

Everything was excellent I will order again but I was sent a Blank soother and I did not order one - now I am stuck with it as none of my girls wanted a black one - I ordered the ones with designs that close when they are dropped and was sent one MAM soother plain :(

Baby haven was great but they had to call Angeles to remind them/about order. I ordered the stroller in week one on a tuesday. I didn't recieve it until week two thursday evening. That seems like a really long time.
I was amazed that the shipping and that there was no tax on this item. I could not believe it. I can't wait to get it to get the kids out in the fresh air :)
