The J.Fold Wallets were ordered easily, arrival was prompt and fast, and the quality of the products was as expected. Bluefly has always been one of the better eCommerce Retailers for Clothing. I have never been disappointed even when I have had to return a product.

Thumbs down. Slow to ship and even slower when a return is made. They hol on to your money for at least6 weeks.

none I like men's product grouped together and not all mixed up. If I want shirts, I do not want to look at shoes (but it's your marketing thing so I get it).

I was admittedly disappointed with my attempt to make a significant (i.e. cost-intensive) purchase of designer boots and a shirt. I had attempted to purchase the items online, but could not proceed with the purchase, at which time I contacted BlueFly via the Live Chat function. Subsequent to my difficulty and consultation with the Live Chat customer service rep, all appeared to be in order with my purchase (Bluefly Order # 31759659493). While my order was placed on April 11th, I was only notified that BlueFly was unable to fill it on April 16th. I was offered free ground-based US shipping, which is NOT useful, given that I live in Canada.

I would like to know how to do with one foot (the right one)of my brown boot that didn´t fit my foot, and seems to be a diferent size from the other. The black pair I also bought fitted me both well. What do I do? I am in Brazil now and how can I do to change one of the pairs? The boots were delivered to Miami, and a friend brought me to Brazil. Now I don´t have the receipts. amazing service and choices I like Bluefly - the price is right on most items I looked at; however to stay competitive, shipping charges are more of a concern. I hope Bluefly can stay competitive. I'll keep returning !

I loved the Tod's shoe but it was soooooo narrow. I couldn't get my foot into the shoe. Returning the shoe.
