I ordered 3 items. One was delivered as scheduled, but the other two were backordered. I did receive the backordered items within two weeks, though, and I received frequent emails from customer service to keep me updated on the status of the backordered items.

I ordered the wrong size and had to return every thing. I was shocked at the price of returning the merchandise by mail.
