The shopping experience and customer service experience were both great. It turned out that the volleyball nets I ordered were too long, so I spoke with Chad in customer service 4/23/2012 at about 3 PM CDT, and he gave me a reference # to return the nets. Since that worked out well, I went ahead and ordered 2 more nets which will hopefully be the right size!
