Hello, my name is Lacey and I have been enjoying Bath & Body Works wonderful expanding products for 13 years and I only recently went online and saw your web-site and ordered a bunch of products and I saw the gift wrap option and I read over all of the details and options and I was under the impression that my package would be delivered to my residents gift wrapped as "a gift". I didn't know that the gift bags would be folded in plastic and in the box that the products I ordered were in. I think it would be a good idea to show pictures of what the gift bags looks like that you are selling because when I bought 2, there were no pictures and I didn't know what I was buying. I read all of the gift bag options and I was fooled. I just don't want other people getting their hopes up and thinking they're going to get their package delivered to them as an actual "gift" like if you were to have flowers delivered for instance. I can't believe that I didn't do this a long long time ago because seeing scents like country Apple and Pearberry made me feel 12 years old again. Bath & Body Works has always been close to my heart because we tie scents to our memory and it can be so amazing to smell a touch of Freesia and remember that wonderful trip to Hawaii last summer. I am always satisfied with all aspects of my purchases from Bath&Body Works. All orders have always be correct, pricing is exactly as stated and contents of packages always in perfect condition. The only problem I have with Bath&Body Works is that if you purchase the current gift, i.e, Mother's Day Special, you can not use the free shipping promo code also. I think loyal repeat customers should get free shipping. I will continue to shop at Bath&Body online and in the stores however. The things mentioned upon outweigh the price of shipping.
