No order came,email unanswered, I phoned & this email came "I received message from our sales department..These bed sets have been out of stock for a few months..I checked ...for any emails from you and I see we did not receive any or we would have contacted you back right away. These ..in stock..now after May 15 ..once these arrive they will ship right away..will email the tracking#. Unfortunately we cannot do anything at this point except wait for them to get these made."This is how a business runs? This is considered appropriate handling of a problem? This is the first notification they have sent me since taking my money. InsanePlease let me know if you have any questions.

All packages came in very good shape a big issue with me.......Travis was Excellent!....Thank You....
Ordered a bat case from Carrolls previous to this order.....case was really nice....no problems.....was really packed well for shipping which I really appreciate.....a lot of my ups packages arrive open or damaged......will order again from Carrolls in the future........thank you sincerely, Scott Shedlock
