These cuts are then carefully packed, without being frozen and shipped via priority overnight shipping to your door. Order just in time for your next special dinner and discover how easy exceptional dining can be. Allow the steaks and roasts to reach room temperature before searing on a super-hot grill, broiler or placing in a preheated oven to ensure even cooking and seal in the juices. Because never frozen beef can quickly lose its natural juices, it is important to prepare and consume these meats promptly. If you must leave never frozen beef uncooked for longer than 48 hours, store it in your freezer. The following shipping and handling charges apply to all deliveries in Continental US: $26.95 for 1 item, $31.95 for 2 items, $36.95 for 3 items and $41.95 for 4 or more items. For delivery on Saturday, an additional $12.50 per address will apply. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, the following shipping and handling charges apply: $49.95 for 1 item, $59.95 for 2 or more items.
