Product Description
Since 1922 the Moretti family has been growing corn and making choice polenta. Carefully selected varieties of carn are air-dried in open barns until hardened. The kernels are carefully stone ground and vacuum-packed to retain the cornmeals's natural freshness and flavor. Bramata is great served soft and warm with butter, or allow to cool before cutting into sticks or triangles. Also used to make biscotti.
