This item resulted in a trip to the hospital. Word of advice for nasal irrigation only order the Original Sinus irrigator products or the Hydro Pulse Sinus Irrigator both of which are FDA registered specifically for sinus irrigation. Do not use a Water Pik on your Nose - Never , Never, Never!!

This item is a total rip-off as far as I am concerned. It did not state in the ad or anywhere ,as I was placing the order, that it doesn't work on all waterpik's. In fact it claims it DOES work on all Waterpik's. Neither of the things work on the appliance I got as a gift. Waterpik apparently doesn't have an email address, so can not contact them.

The person who wrote the negative review above (delisonhb) is actually a person who sells the brand they mentioned in their review on Ebay! I cannot believe that they did that to promote their own sales!!! How sad to do that when this is the best thing around for allergy, chronic sinusitis, hayfever and asthma. Even if you are just prone to the common cold, this helps to end the sinus part of it quickly (and sometimes that ends the cold too, let me tell you). Go ahead, buy one and you'll be as happy with yours as me and my family (and our extended families of sibs and parents) are with ours. :) And if you don't believe me, just look into the lastest medical findings that were published within the past year!

I have had chronic sinus infections for years. I was finally able to get out of that cycle by using this system of sinus irrigation. It is kind of gross at first, but if you do it consistently for several weeks, then just occaisionally if you feel something coming on, it is quite effective. It will even reduce the number of colds you get!
My only complaint is that the tip will fit only the water pik brand, and not others.

For people with really bad allergies this is an item you want to try. After I used this product I felt like I could breathe more freely.
