Great set, great price!Tuesday, April 26, 2005
After doing a lot of research on-line and in the stores, I decided that I couldn't pass up this great deal! This set is gorgeous and feel good in the hand. The pot handles did not get hot but the cover handles do so use a pot holder when lifting the cover. The pans DO get hot quickly so start burner on medium. I made the mistake on putting it on high and boy did it burn! Guess that's why they include instructions. So now I had an icky stain at the bottom of my pan, a little bartenders friend did the trick. Using vinegar for internal cloudiness will definately make the pad shine again!
I now look forward to cooking more and have been trying out new recipes in this gorgeous cookware!

High quality and good valueTuesday, March 08, 2005
I love this set because it is everything a stainless steel set should be: durable, easy to wash, easy to cook with. This set is not as heavy as All-Clad, and the price can't be beat (I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond with a 20% off coupon). I've been cooking with it for a year and it looks brand new. I love the tapered rims - makes it so easy to pour contents. Heating is very evenly distributed too. Just keep in mind that handles will get hot even though they are advertised as staying cool.

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!Saturday, February 05, 2005
This is an amazing set for an amazing value. We wanted to buy All Clad or Le Cruset, but the cost kept us from buying right away. Because of the high cost of those wonderful products, we decided to shop around. We looked at many brands and decided that the Cuisinart was the best value. This set also got high ratings at several sites. We were not disappointed, these are fantastic. Easy to take care of (no dishwasher), even heating, stay warm a long time...just amazing. The weight and quality are fantastic as well. I highly recommend this set.

great value, can't be beatTuesday, February 01, 2005
These pots and pans are wonderful! they look beautiful and professional. they are stainless steel and chances are if you are not cooking on tephlon you are cooking on stainless steel. i have found that the food does NOT stick and clean up is a snap. if anything doesn't rinse out, a soaking for a few hours is all it takes then a wipe of the sponge and it's clean. :) the one bad thing is that they scratch easily. i stirred my meal with a fork and there were a lot of scratches on the bottom. but no one sees the bottom and the outsides look beautiful. these pots CANNOT be beat in the quality and adding in the AFFORDABLE price, you absolutely CANNOT buy a better set of pots and pans. two thumbs up!

Best Cookware Value AroundThursday, January 27, 2005
I have been using this set for about three months and just love it. The weight is substantial enough to facilitate even heat distribution but not too heavy for the average person to handle. The lids are much lighter but they work well so that's a positive. I have not had any problems with food sticking but have a very powerful gas stovetop so cook things a notch lower than usual. I find cleanup to be very easy but I do try to soak them immediately after using and hand wash them. I use Bar Keepers Friend on any spots and they look like new. I have added several more pieces to the original 10 piece set and expect to be using this cookware for many years.
