Product Description
The noble Chardonnay grape often suggests butter and apples. Affidelice is itself washed in a wine made with the Chardonnay grape. The Sbrinz is a well-aged perfect butter, providing a harmonious and rare opportunity where the cheese may actually be older than the wine. Cashel Blue, the third in this trio, is one of the few blues gentle enough not to overwhelm a distinguished wine made with the Chardonnay grape. (Note that all three of these cheeses were made with cow's milk.)
