VODCheese is a unique cheese brought to the U.S. by Ulla Nylin, a native of Falköping in Västergötland. Raised in Swedens dairy capital, Ulla has used her knowledge of Swedish taste traditions and created an award winning cheese that combines two of Swedens most successful tastes - Absolut Vodka and 12-month aged Prästost. VODCheese is a mildly sharp, semi-soft cheese, making it ideal to serve on its own with unsalted crackers, or as part of a cheese tray. Alternatively, with its flavorful overtones, you could surprise your guests and serve it as a dessert cheese. Great with a crisp chardonnay!
