Correctly follows the disaster flick formula: Troubled heroine (babe-cop Janet Gunn from Silk Stalkings as babe-fire captain), stud hero (with helicopter), trapped teen-agers (with family problems), motor vehicle driving through fire, endangered town (with tourists), commercial interests vs. evacuation order (with politician and traffic jam), one bad guy.
