I had the distinct pleasure of listening to this CD recently while in route to CapeTown, South Africa and the music blew my mind because it's slightly different than what we're accustomed to hearing in the USA. Music is indeed universal for many of the African/Caribbean instruments one hears blend so well with the lyrics by the various talented artists. Trust me when I say that many of the tracks will leave you tapping your feet and bobbing your head all the while as you smile through the melodies. Careful!...you'll get hooked on Jimmy Dlulu's "Walk of Life" and most assuredly you'll enjoy the ever popular song "Bringing Joy" by popular S.A. artist, Allou April, South Africa's version of great jazz guitarist George Benson!
