Produced in Italy using cow and ewes (sheep) milk, Ginestrino has a very interesting pt, granular and white, but the real charm of this savory cheese lies in its unique flavor, a mix of pepper and virgin olive oil. Imported from Italy. Cacciotta Toscana cheeses are ripened for at least 20 days in a damp environment, turned and washed frequently. They develop a very pale and thin crust.
