AC/DC - 'No Bull' (WEA/Elektra) DVDWednesday, April 20, 2005
Even though vocalist Brian Johnson's voice was totally shot on the night this concert was taped,in 1996 while out on their 'Ballbreaker' tour, this DVD still rocks! At least I thought it did.Superb picture quality as well as sound.I'll admit it,I'm a HUGE fan of AC/DC and it would take a bit more to make me slam this DVD.Plus, the extras didn't hurt.Enjoyed experiencing once again some of my favorite AC/DC classics that'll live in many fan's hearts for years to come, like "Back In Black","Shot Down In Flames","Dog Eat Dog","T.N.T.","Rock&Roll Ain't Noise Pollution" among others.Recommended,if you can live with an imperfect DVD.

Pleased with SoundWednesday, November 17, 2004
I bought the VHS version when it first came out in region 4.
The extras were worth it, A CD, and a Poster.
The audio on the tape comes through beautifully.
I would love to hear the DVD version eventually. I strongly suspect that the arena is not the best in Madrid, whilst visually good, some concerts suffer from audio issues, and whilst doing the 5.1 "Sound Sweetening" is an aural pleasure, it is a bit of a cheat ... however, AC/DC come through with the goods, and Mallet delivers on the Visuals in top fashion.

True to life but bad sound.Wednesday, April 14, 2004
I think the title says it all- No Bull. It appears that the production studio did nothing to "gloss up" the sound of this concert. That is the good and the bad of it. Just like any rock band they hit sour notes but in this case they left them in the final cut! I think shows a lot of integrity but unfortunately it is not that fun to listen to when you have an elaborate surround sound system. In the end it sounds pretty much like the actual concert but minus the bass. Live at the Donnington is definately more fun to listen to.

The Boys Are Back In TownThursday, March 18, 2004
They might be a little older, and they might be going grey or loosing her, but there still belting out the loudest hard rocking sounds youve ever heard!
The show is great, a live perfromance from the Plaza Del Toros stadium in Spain... the thing missing tho is the footage of BEavis And Butthead that played before the show started.... but it kicks off from there with the craine reveing up and swinging around to knock down a wall built up on the stage, and then Angus runs out and the show begins! This is a show well worth having on DVD or VHS! It is no disapointment! and features a selection of there best work over the years, but theres never enough time to put every song onto a disc, because every AC/DC songs is great! but this selection of new and old is great!
Also comes with a feature of the making of the Hard As A Rock Video Clip with a bit of behind the scene stuff, and of corse the video clip to "Hard As A Rock"!
Only downfall is whoever did the subtitles in English really screwed up a few of the lyrics! Whats beeing said, was not what was written!
