not really impressed to be honestWednesday, May 11, 2005
I am not really impressed with the fabric. It's not soft terry cloth it's cheap terry cloth but for $12.99 I guess I hoped for more. It'll get the job done but I love the chenille fabric better it's soft on my baby's little butt and I'd rather lay her on it than the terry cloth. I do like the variety of colors that the terry cover has to offer.

Bought the second time aroundFriday, February 18, 2005
With our first baby, we didn't get the countoured pad and covers. We thought it was frivolous and unnecessary. For our second baby, we received a generous Babies R Us gift card and went to buy all the things we always felt would have been nice the first time. The countoured pad and covers was really nice to have. It makes the whole experience feel a little cozier. You definitely need to get a couple covers, though so you can have one in the wash and one on the pad.

Well worth having 2, could be better qualityTuesday, October 26, 2004
I wish I had two! One to use, while the other is washing! It seems as soon as I take off my baby's diaper, it's then she decides to "go".
I read other reviews about complaints of color fading and shrinkage. Well, I have had NO color fading and the shrinkage has been minimal, and certainly not to the degree others had mentioned. I have washed the cover over and over on hot and then let it air dry instead of putting it in the dryer. Maybe that's why I havent had so much of a shrinkage problem. Regardless, it fits the contoured pad fine still, a bit snugger but not at all too small.
I would have given it 5 stars if the terrycloth they used had been a higher quality. I mean really, for the price, I could have bought a better made towel that had emblishments that cost more than the cheap elastic they used to make the cover. I would have even paid more to have the choice between this terrycloth and a better one.
Finally, I still am very pleased and would purchase it with the contoured changing pad for a friend's baby shower too!

Great Item!!Monday, July 26, 2004
this item fits the pad well and has held up! To protect the cover and reduce the number of times I wash it I purchased blue absorbant medical pads (the kind they use at the pediatrician's office), take 2 and lay it between my baby and the pad, that way if there are any "accidents" when the diaper is removed the "accident" goes onto the absorbant blue pad, then just wipe your baby and toss the blue pad and the 2nd clean pad is underneath and nothing gets on the pad cover!!
Love the color!!
