Product Description
Taylor 7000 EXP Precision Tech Lithium Electronic Scale
Description
Part of any responsible weight loss or fitness program should involve choosing an accurate scale to monitor results. This model from Taylor guarantees precise weight readings and runs on a lithium battery--which is not likely to die or weaken during the lifetime of the scale. Good for use in smaller bathrooms, the scale’s white plastic platform measures just 10 inches across, and is supported by a steel base. The scale turns on with a quick step onto the platform. A large .8-inch LCD display makes it easy to see readings without bending down. Weight readings display as long as you remain standing on the scale. The scale holds up to 300 pounds, and is covered by Taylor under a lifetime warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde

This scale worked exactly ONCE. It broke almost immediately. The readings are way off now, when it offers up a number at all. DO NOT BUY.

I owned this model for 1 year before it gave me the "batt" signal. after I spent another $7 on new lithium batteries, it turned out the scale was broken. looking on the web, I discovered lots of other stories like mine. advice: find another brand.

When this scale arrived, the battery was dead. I called the company and they sent a new battery which took over a week. Now with the scale "working", it takes almost 10 seconds for the weight to show up on the screen and further, 8 times out of 10 the scale reads "ERR" and I have to get off and get back on. In addition, this scale reads over five pounds more than the scale I weigh in on at Weight Watchers. I would NOT recommend this scale to anyone else.

Have had my scales for a few years. I am the type of person who gets weighed every morning having been a model in Australia around World War 2 These are the best scales I have ever had and would recommend them to anyone who likes to be very accurate when getting weighed.

5 of 5 stars  Weight loss incentive!
Thursday, September 02, 2004
I started with the Taylor Analog Large Dial Bath Scale but could never see the subtle downturn in weight, would get frustrated and give up. After all, losing 2 pounds a week won't show up well on an analog scale, and I need all the incentive I can find. Some say that you should only weigh yourself once a week while dieting, but I need the constant reminder that the extra helping really isn't worth it.

I love this scale, it let's me know exactly where I stand. It keeps me out of the fridge. And keeps me motivated when I can see myself go down in tenths of a pound. Also- my house is tiny and this small scale fits just about ANYWHERE!

Go get one! The price is right, and so is the motivation benefit.
