As with all Allen Brothers beef, we start with hand-selected USDA Prime beef, then cut and vacuum-seal each selection to lock in its finely aged flavor. These cuts are then carefully packed, without being frozen and shipped via priority overnight shipping to your door. Allow the steaks and roasts to reach room temperature before searing on a super-hot grill, broiler or placing in a preheated oven to ensure even cooking and seal in the juices. Because never frozen beef can quickly lose its natural juices, it is important to prepare and consume these meats promptly.
