This is a wonderful remote control truck for little kids who like to play hard like my soon to be 3yr old. He plays with this truck everyday and runs it into the ground but it works and looks like new. The design is wonderful and made to withstand lots of rough play. The remote is pretty simple to use and my son and his friends absolutely LOVE this truck. In fact we love it so much that we will be buying it for his best friend for his next birthday. I would totally recommend this toy to anyone.

My two year old son received this truck as a gift 5 months ago. I was not sure how easy it would be for him to figure out the controls because of his age but he took to it in no time at all. Several times it has even wound up being "driven" down the stairs in our house and even with all the tumbling down the stairs this toy is not even slightly damaged! Even after 5 months he still plays with it all the time. I wish they made other vehicles besides the dump truck but I have not found any. It is extremely durable as well as fun for him and I feel even has educational value (motor skills, hand/eye coordination).

I got this for my toddlers 2 year old birthday. HE LOVES IT.

He was able to work all the controls within 30 minutes. He can't really multitask to turn the wheels and drive forward/backward at the same time, but it makes no difference to him. He's showing signs of figuring it out. He loves to load up the truck with legos and move them to another place and dump them... sometimes for a half hour or so straight. Good fun.

I was originally worried this toy might be too complicated for a 2 year old, but no problems! He loves it. Sometimes he asks me to drive it around and he watches and directs, he thinks its the bomb.

Great toy. Tough. Easy to use. Easy on batteries. High entertainment. Very recommended.

This truck cost hardly anything and with it's easy to use remote and big dump bed my son loves it. It is with out a doubt one of the best remote controlled cars we've bought. It also has a auto turn off which is great because we've had it for over two months and haven't had to change the batteries yet. It is just a great toy and we really love it.

Maybe the reason my husband and I were so excited about this toy is because when we were growing up, remote control vehicles were such a big deal (remember how expensive they were?) and usually pretty junky at their best. This one is neither expensive nor junky! It's a great sturdy truck that our two and half year old has spent hours with! The remote control powers the truck both back and forth and left and right. In addition, the cargo area can be powered up and down (like a real dump truck!). The batteries seem to last forever as well.
I give this toy 5 stars for educational value because steering it via remote control develops fine motor coordination (it will be a little challenging at first). An added bonus for us was that our baby girl would get so excited seeing her brother power the truck around that she became a speed crawler trying to chase it down!
