Dinosaur in Danger is a superb picture book! It is beautifully written and illustrated. As a teacher I have used Talons gripping adventures as a stimulus in a variety of curriculum areas. Children are mesmerized by the realistic interpretation of life in prehistoric times. Volcanic erruptions, forest fires, and the dinosaurs are accurately portrayed. The text itself is imaginative and the original use of language has inspired children to be creative in their written composition. During PSHE and citizenship sessions I have successfully used the story as an allegory for children trying to fit in at school.
Dinosaur in Danger is excellent. I highly recommend it!
