Success stories to emulateSunday, June 08, 2003
Entrepreneurs need tangible, real information to guide their life-or-death efforts. Here's a great place to go for this information. You've heard some of these stories elsewhere, but this is a book that pulls it all together: e*trade, garage, the body shop, kinko's, xircom and much more. Even more importantly, these are some of the stories we're still living, like Ken Park's HyperCD, which is still emerging from the turmoil of the 2000 tech crash. Good reference book, great stories.

Written with enthusiasm & great insight, "Entrepreneurial Marketing: Real Stories and Survival Strategies" would be a helpful text for any Entrepeneurial-based marketing/business course. Encouraging and inspiring real-life cases of success from some of the best know entrepeneurs in the business world, with a good mix of advice and practical applications... Buskirk & Lavik have done their homework! A strong effort; I recommend this book.
